Connected the ricoh s to my imac btu the program just keeps searching and does not find or connect. refund in progress.
This App is yet an0ther exam-le of Ricoh assuming it’s customers are all psychic or telepathic and will be able to understand word-less “demo” videos on You Tube. They are so lame they include the URL of the You Tube video in text above that is NOT clickable. Stay awy from the Theta S until such time, if any, that Ricoh decides to tell their clents to to really post a sperical video to You Tube and have it work as a sphere and NOT be two squshed circles

I feel like i stepped into a trap with this app. There are no other options for my new camera in the App Store and the downloaded accompanying app isn’t trusted by mac security. This app is DEFINITELY A NON-STARTER ! I hope to see a solution for my dilemma in the near future. Meanwhile, PLEASE REFUND my investment !
